Terms and conditions
§ 1 Law Merchant
All deliveries and services of the firm Bushdoctor, including the website www.bushdoctor.at, take place exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms of Business (Terms and Conditions) which the customer agrees by placing any orders. General Terms of Business are valid after the written confirmation.
§ 2 Prices
All prices on this website, as well as in our latest price lists are VAT included but exclusive of possible shipping costs. In Austria the value added tax is 10%, 13% or 20%. Changes and falsities expected. The prices for the shipment are valid from the time of ordering.
§ 3 Orders
All incoming client orders are considered as offerings for shipment. Bushdoctor reserves the right, of not delivering without giving reasons. The customer accepts with the order that he is at least 18 years old.
§ 4 Legal Status
With the order, the customer declares that he knows the respective legal status in his country. If the customer violates the laws in his country, he acknowledges that the company Bushdoctor can not take responsibility for it.
§ 5 Data Protection
All customer data required for contractual relationship will be stored until the full payment of the goods. After receipt of payment the data will be deleted. Personal data will of course be reserved for the firm Bushdoctor and not handed over to a third party or sold and not be abused for advertising purposes.
§ 6 Delivery
The delivery of the goods will generally be carried out within 3 days after the ordering date, provided that the articles are in stock. The indicated time for the delivery of 3-4 days inland and 7-10 days abroad are without engagement. The firm Bushdoctor will not accept any claims for damages as a result of delays caused by other parties.
The delivery takes place in plain packages and we will look after security against fracture. Unless stated differently, the customer has to come up for the costs of postage and respective additional fees (C.O.D. charge) as well as potential duties. The firm Bushdoctor will of course maintain consultation with the customer if the additional costs are disproportionately too high.
§ 7 Terms of Payment
Normally the shipment happens, if possible, by cash on delivery if not by prepayment on our account. The firm Bushdoctor shall retain full title of the goods that have been delivered until total payment of the purchase price and all further overdue accounts arising from the business relationship as a whole is received. The customers have of course to maintain the value of the goods until full payment has been made.
§ 8 Claims / Guarantee
The transfer of perils happens with the handover of the goods to the respective post office or the transport company. The firm Bushdoctor confirms that only faultless articles will be prepared for shipping. After receipt of the goods the customer is liable to check the parcels on any damages. Should the parcel have any disadvantages, please do not collect it. The firm Bushdoctor is not liable for any damages caused by transport companies! The customer must check the goods after the unpacking on its functional efficiency. Obvious defects have to be reclaimed within 7 days after receipt of the consignment, hidden defects within 14 days otherwise the warranty expires. Minor deviations in specifications from the producer or in our online shop www.bushdoctor.at are reserved, so far the operational reliability is given. Generally the warranty period on all technical goods expires after six months from the date of invoice. On living goods like beneficial organisms we cannot give you any warranty for the shipment.
§ 9 Right of Withdrawal
The customer has according to consumer protection laws the right to step back from the contract within 14 days. The goods must be unopened and the customer has to assert it in writing. (Only for orders in the online-shop. Substrates and seeds are excluded from return/replacement.) The reshipment of the goods has to be made with adequate franking. The purchase price will be returned, so far the goods reach us without reduction in value.

The firm Bushdoctor explicitly dissociate from data contents from sites which are linked to the websites www.bushdoctor.at and www.bushdoctor.hu.
§ 11 Registered Trademark
The represented logos and brands as well as their labelling on the websites www.bushdoctor.at and www.bushdoctor.hu are trademarks and registered trademarks respectively.
§ 12 Voucher codes
These points should definitely be observed to ensure that the redemption of the codes goes smoothly:
Limited validity period: our vouchers are usually only valid within a certain period of time. Before using a voucher, be sure to check the validity period.
Not applicable to discounted merchandise: Please note that our vouchers are only applicable to merchandise that is not already discounted. This means that wholesale customers who already benefit from special discounts are excluded from using the voucher codes.
Only for registered and logged-in customers: The redemption of our voucher codes is only open to our registered and logged in customers. Please ensure you are logged into your account to successfully use a voucher.
One time use for some codes: Some of our voucher codes can only be used once.
Be aware of upper and lower case letters, as well as capitalisation or spaces: It is very important that you use the correct capitalisation and spelling (joined or with spaces) when entering voucher codes.
