Shipping and payment

Shipping costs within Austria and abroad.

For prepayment and bank transfers with a purchase value of € 50.00 or more, shipping is free of charge to Germany, Hungary and Slovakia - below that, shipping costs are € 9.90. Shipping costs to other countries are € 16.00 flat rate.

We also deliver cash on delivery to Austria and Germany - the costs for cash on delivery Austria plus € 4,50, for cash on delivery Germany plus € 11,00.

We deliver with GLS directly to your door.

After dispatch, the goods will be delivered in 2 to a maximum of 4 days. If you are not present, you will receive a notification card with the address where you can pick up the ordered goods within 7 days. Please note that GLS only delivers once!
 
You can track your parcel at any time on the website www.gls-group.eu using the GLS parcel number stated in the shipping confirmation.
