Shipping and payment

Shipping costs within Austria and abroad.

• For prepayment and bank transfers with a purchase value of € 50.00 or more, shipping to Germany, Hungary and Slovakia is free of charge - below this amount the shipping costs are € 9.90. The shipping costs to other countries are a flat rate of € 16.00.
• We also deliver to Austria and Germany by cash on delivery (except for plants). The costs for this are € 4.50 for cash on delivery to Austria and € 11.00 for cash on delivery to Germany.

We ship directly to your door with GLS.

After shipping, the goods will be delivered within 2 to a maximum of 4 days. If you are not present, you will receive a notification card with the address where you can pick up the ordered goods within 7 days. Please note that GLS will only make one delivery! Please enter your e-mail address correctly so that GLS can notify you with the tracking number.

You can track your parcel at any time using the GLS parcel number given in the shipping confirmation on the website www.gls-group.eu.
